A lunch with Melissa White
Tuesday's talk with Melissa White and Zoffany was a
complete success. Thank you all that attended it was a wonderful insight into
the creative mind behind the wonderful Arden collection. We have had a great
interest in this collection it was interesting to see where and how the ideas
came from.
Due to the success of the event we will be looking into more talks later on in the year (will keep you updated on this)

Tuesday 3rd April ‘Zoffany’s Arden Collection: Interiors inspired by History’ in Association with ‘Peter Silk of Helmsley’ with a Light Lunch, from 11am
Textile Designer, Melissa White, a specialist in Elizabethan and Stuart designs who has been involved with projects, such as the refurbishment of Shakespeare’s birthplace will introduce Zoffany’s forthcoming ‘Arden’ Collection. ‘Arden comprises both fabrics and wallpapers based on designs, which Melissa researched from Elizabethan archives and this will be a rare opportunity to gain a unique insight into how an acclaimed designer uses historical influences to create interiors for current times. The talk will be followed by a light lunch. The latest Zoffany fabric books and wallpapers, etc will also be on display, together with home accessories available from Peter Silk of Helmsley.
